Michele Dock

As the Founder and Managing Partner of Integrated Performance Consulting, Inc., Michele brings over 30 years of know-how as a practitioner of individual and organizational performance. She founded IPC with a commitment to create productive, healthy and successful businesses by equipping individuals with new capabilities and mindsets, and positively transforming the organizations within which they work.

Michele has guided domestic and international enterprises in many industries including Consumer Products, Banking and Financial Services, Insurance and Health Services through small process improvements, as well as large-scale cultural shifts. Through the years, Michele has been relied upon by many leaders to provide counsel, create strategy and implement solutions that change what work gets done, how it gets done, as well as enhance the ability, commitment and fulfillment of the people doing the work.

Prior to founding IPC, Michele was a director at The Coca-Cola Company, she had global accountability for many core HR practices, transforming many of the company’s capabilities including talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and selection systems. Earlier in her career she was a manager in Accenture Consulting’s Change Management practice where she guided companies through major cultural and strategic changes as well as development of a wide-range of people programs.

Whether creating competency models and determining how to apply them to all HR practices including compensation, or leading change management efforts Michele uses her blend of knowledge of human resources, business, operations, and organization dynamics to create sustained results. Her extensive experience as an HR executive and a consultant results in a valuable mix of pragmatism and technical depth.

Michele received an M.S. in Educational Psychology from Purdue University and a B.A. in Psychology and Mathematics from Arcadia University. She is an advisory board member of the Atlanta Workshop Players, a member of the American Society for Training and Development, and the American Psychological Association.

Welyne Thomas, Ph.D.

Welyne is a Principal with IPC, has been a consultant and executive coach for over 25 years with a practice centered in helping individuals and organizations optimize their performance.  With expertise in talent management, HR and organizational strategy development, and coaching she has been successful in helping organizations such as AT&T, Cingular Wireless, Georgia Pacific, Delta and AGL Resources.

She has overseen and participated in every aspect of talent management from program development to individual assessment.

The use of psychometrically reliable and valid instruments, psychological principles, and practical knowledge allow organizations to be confident that they have the best information possible in making important talent decisions. The cornerstone of her work is the use of competencies and/or job-content analysis to plan and institute selection and development programs for all levels of management.

Using the business strategy and goals as the lodestar, she has been successful in aligning structure, strategy, processes and systems, within the context of culture and values to promote the business’ success.  Her ability to combine the individual perspective with the organizational perspective is key to the results she has achieved.

In addition, Dr. Thomas has coached senior executives and leaders across a broad range of companies from large Fortune 100 companies to start-up organizations.  In general, her clients want to broaden, deepen, or stretch their skills and organize work in ways that allow them and the organizations they lead to be successful.  Her clients are not just interested in getting top results; they care how those results are achieved.

Working with IPC has allowed Dr. Thomas to bring all her training, experience and interests together to achieve the greatest value for businesses through an integrated and holistic methodology.

Dr. Thomas is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Society of Industrial Organizational Psychologists (SIOP), and Consulting Psychologists interest group of the APA.  She has made presentations to SHRM, SIOP, and other organizations on various topics such as making HR a business partner, teaming, and work stress and strain.

Interactive Learning Platforms with Craig Goodwin and Ramiro Banderas with Rollins, Inc.

Craig Goodwin is the Senior Director of Rollins University at Rollins, Inc. Craig  has been in the pest management industry for over 30 years as an employee of Orkin, LLC and Rollins, Inc.  He has both operational and training experience, working as a branch manager, training specialist, and training manager before assuming his current position of senior director at Rollins University.  In this position, Craig’s primary responsibility is evaluating Rollins University’s processes in relation to best practice and leveraging best practice strategies to improve organizational and work-group performance in pest management.

Craig is a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP).  He currently serves as co-chairman of the education committee for the Georgia Pest Control Association (GPCA) and vice president of finance for the Atlanta chapter of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD).  He is also a national member of the ASTD and the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI).

Craig is a state-approved industry speaker in Georgia and is a frequent speaker at GPCA events.  He has also presented at many other state and national conferences including the Purdue Conference, Texas A&M Conference, Training Leadership Summit, and the Annual Training Conference.

Craig graduated from the University of Illinois with a B.S. in Chemistry.  He received an MBA from the University at Buffalo, The State University of New York.

Ramiro Banderas is a Director of the Rollins Global Learning Network at Rollins, Inc. Ramiro is an award-winning producer/director with over 28 years of experience in video production and communications. He started Rollins’ video based media department in 1986 and has produced many programs directly accredited with improving the company’s key operating goals.

Ramiro launched a satellite based interactive long distance learning network for Rollins in 2006 and is responsible for upgrading that network to a terrestrial solution implemented in 2012. The new platform is a blended interactive learning solution, capable of delivering live and on-demand interactive learning events at any time, to anywhere and to any device. Levering the internal Rollins MPLS Multicast network and multiple CDN providers, the Rollins Global Network can reach an audience of more than 10,000 employees and over 500 locations through out the world.

Ramiro is a part of the team at Rollins University that has received Training Magazine’s Top 125 Award for ten years in a row.  In 2003, Rollins University also received the American Society for Training and Development’s (ASTD) Best award, tying with Delta Airlines for the number one ranking. In 2007, the team received the prestigious Learning In Practice Award from Chief Learning Officer magazine.

A native New Yorker, Tricia earned her broadcast journalism degree from New York University and was an award-winning radio talk show producer in New York and Phoenix before becoming an entrepreneur. On a personal note, Tricia and her husband, Rick, live in the Atlanta suburb of Marietta with their teenage twins, Connor and Allyson, and their joyful Golden Retrievers, Honey and Lucy. They spend part of the year playing at their beach home in Gulf Shores, Alabama.

Improving work performance through exercise with Eric Johnson, EJ Performance

Eric Johnson

Receiving a dual Athletic Scholarship to the University of Nebraska for Football and Track.  Holds the highest record 40 yard dash and pro agility as a Linebacker, as well as a champion sprinter.  Drafted to the NFL from 1999 to 2006, played for the Atlanta Falcons for two years, Oakland Raiders for five years, and Arizona Cardinals for one year.  Experience as a Linebacker, Safety, and Cornerback, and was only one of three players in NFL Nebraska football history to score a touchdown in the Super Bowl XXXVII game.  Certified  Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Certified NSMA (National Sports Medicine Association), and a Certified ISSA (Intl Sports Science Association).   Trains NFL players currently on NFL teams in speed, performance, and position skills for the players to stay in top athletic shape and remain competitive among other NFL players.  Broadening his client base to include the training of high school and college athletes by joining Coach Earl Williams and Georgia Sports Performance.

Keeping athletes in top shape Eric’s my main goal, and continuing to focus on their lives as they move to the next level.  He married my college love, my wife and soul mate, Kim, and they have four wonderful children.  Christinna, 16 years old, she aspires to be a Model and has done several commercials, E’lanoa, 9 years old, Eric Jr., 3 years old, and Ezra, 1 years old.  Their children are our first priority. Eric feels blessed by the ongoing support of his career by his wife.  Eric hopes to continue to help all young athletes achieve greatness through learning and training. Eric is able to use my skills and experience that he has gained through high school sports, college sports, NFL, and the many great Coaches that inspired and trained him to help athletes acheive their desired athletic goals.
